1988
With a family tradition that began in Toronto, EFP Designs Inc. was founded by two brothers that had a strong passion for construction and creative artistic background. Over the past 20 years, the Karbakhsh brothers have gained great reputation in the GTA construction industry for their reliability, professionalism and quality for perfection.
2005
EFP Designs Inc. designs, manufactures, supplies and installs the finest quality polyurethane mouldings and construction decorative elements for residential homes, high rise developments and commercial businesses. More than 20 years of experience and the European heritage in decorative arts, we proudly create our unique line of polyurethane products to provide sculptural elegance for any interior.

We strive to offer the best value for your investment by providing an uncompromising quality of plaster and limestone materials that can transform any space. You might find less expensive architectural moulding options, but you will not find better value.
2013
Architects and designers work in collaboration with the artisans at EFP Designs Inc. and bring their ideas to fruition in ornamental plaster, from the simplest design to the most elaborate. We offer creative solutions to creative ideas. We mix and match pieces from our extensive inventory to moulds to create a unique piece, or we can carve a new design for any interior or exterior application.
